About Forja
ยทThe name Forja means 'forge' in Spanish - a place where raw materials are transformed into something valuable.
Why we started this
We met working at companies where data was everywhere but answers were nowhere. Finance would have one version of the numbers, operations another, marketing a third. We came from different worlds - finance, data engineering, and marketing - but kept running into the same problem: smart people making blind decisions because pulling the real numbers took forever.
In 2022, we decided to stop complaining and start fixing. What began as helping a few businesses we knew has grown into something bigger. Healthcare providers in Colombia, BPO operations in the US, digital agencies across both markets. Each client taught us something new, and we're still learning. Forja exists because good businesses shouldn't fly blind - and because we got tired of watching it happen.
